Worthless Heavenly Hand?

To be eligible for a Heavenly Hand, does the hand have to still earn the 1-yaku minimum to count as a valid winning hand to score a yakuman?

Answer: A Heavenly Hand (tenhou – 天和) is a dealer's complete hand with his initial fourteen tiles. Since the hand is a closed hand won by tsumo, it always scores at least one yaku for a Pure Concealed Hand, so yes... it always meets a 1-yaku minimum!
